Who we are
Sovico Pets is operated by Sovico (hello@sovico.co.uk). We provide free and premium pet health tools for UK dog, cat and rabbit owners at pets.sovico.co.uk.
What data we collect
When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you add pets we store their species, breed, age, and health records you choose to log. If you upgrade to Premium, your payment is processed by Stripe — we never store card details. We store cookies and session data to keep you logged in.
How we use your data
We use your data to provide the Sovico Pets service — showing your pet profiles, health logs, and sending email reminders you set up. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not show third-party advertising.
Where your data is stored
All data is stored on servers in the United Kingdom (AWS eu-west-2, London region). Uploaded documents are stored in AWS S3 (London). We are GDPR compliant.
Email communications
We will send you a welcome email when you register. If you set up reminders, we will email you when they are due. We do not send marketing emails without your consent.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, email hello@sovico.co.uk and we will respond within 30 days. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings.
Cookies
We use essential cookies to keep you logged in. We do not use tracking or advertising cookies.
Third-party services
We use Stripe for payment processing (privacy policy at stripe.com/gb/privacy). We use AWS for hosting and email. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking services.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes by email.
